Hannah Rose’s Story…
Hi, my name is Hannah Rose. I was walking down the street in the rain, in a not-so-nice part of town, when Foster Mom saw me. She called to me, so as not to scare me into traffic. I took one look and ran over to give her a big old kiss! Then, I jumped right into her car. We’ve been best buds since then!
She took me home and I met some little dogs and a big dog and a dog just my size (50 lb). I was so glad to meet them, I invited each one to play with me with a play bow! Even little dogs like to play with me, because I am considerate and gentle. I am gentle with kids, too.
The vet says I am two years old with an over-used uterus (whatever that means). She took it out and I feel so much better now! I’m healthy and have all my vaccinations. I am crate trained, house trained, and know how to “sit” and “come.” I’m learning to walk on lead, and I “heel” off lead too.
And don’t you think I’m really pretty, with my shiny black and brown brindle coat, flashy white collar, and pretty white feet? I even have a white tip on my tail – that wags ALL the time because I am Happy Hannah Rose!
My best home will have a fenced yard and kids 7 years or older who will love me and play with me. Other dogs would be great too! (I didn’t bother the clinic kitties, so I’m pretty sure I can live with cats as well.)
